We endeavour to provide accessibility to our cruises for people with all abilities.

With extensive operating experience, we know how important it is to offer personal attention to passengers who may have additional needs.

Companion Card & Carer Card

We offer discounted cruise tickets for companion card and carer cardholders.
Please contact our office for companion card & carer card bookings.

Support Dogs

Due to conditions and the nature of our cruises part of this being close proximity to protected marine life, we only allow service or assistance dogs on board, not emotional support dogs

Prams & Walkers

There is ample room for prams and walkers onboard and our boarding ramp allows standard sizing though some areas of our vessels are only accessible via stairs.  Please note that there is up to 15 steps on the jetty before access to the boat, see below.

Wheelchairs

Currently, not all our vessels are equipped with wheelchair accessibility and our boarding locations at jetties do require navigating up to 15 steps, see below.
