Terms & Conditions
A number of measures have been put in place in line with government policy to reduce the risks in regards to Covid-19.
- If you are unwell or have been in contact with someone known to have Covid-19 prior to your cruise please contact us.
- Masks, please bring your mask as they are required to be worn when inside cabin areas and when directed by crew.
- Indoor seating is limited and passengers should dress accordingly for outdoor seating. If indoor seating is required please contact us and we may be able to reserve seats if available.
Check-In and Boarding
Please check-in 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. We encourage paperless check-in, you are not required to bring a print-out of your booking.
Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time.
Weather & Numbers
Cruise dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers, please check our daily updates on our website to confirm your cruise.
In certain sea conditions, vessel motion may cause motion sickness, please take precautions.
We reserve the right to cancel any cruise based on not meeting minimum numbers or weather condition. You will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of this cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund.
Refunds & Changes
Changes or refunds can be made up to 24 hours prior to travel on Phillip Island tours and up to 48 hours prior to travel on Wilsons Promontory tours at no extra cost (except groups/charters).
Cancellations/Changes within 24 hours for Phillip Island tours or 48 hours for Wilsons Promontory tours or No-shows will not be refunded and incur a 50% booking fee when rescheduling.
If we cancel a cruise due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance a transfer or refund will be offered.
Dietary requirements or allergies must be supplied 24hrs prior to the cruise. Or we may not be able to cater for them.
Please note dietary requirements are not catered for on all cruises.
Group Bookings & Charters
Group rates are based on minimum numbers, changes to group numbers may affect price per person.
Final group numbers are required 10 days prior to the cruise, upon which a final invoice will be sent.
After final invoice sent, changes to group bookings and charters only accepted under extreme circumstances.
